We are often asked how we price our photography and videography services for destinations, and after many years in business this is how we approach the subject matter...
We have our regular prices which are the same for our studios in Paris. For services outside of our studios’ coverage area, we charge a travel fee. This travel fee varies upon destination, but in a nutshel it varies by region (East Coast, West Coast, Southern States, South America, Europe, Mexico and The Caribbean) and travel length. The travel fee is a way to compensate for the time we spend away from the studio.
In addition to our artistic fee, clients are responsible for paying the travel fee, provding adequate transportation and accommodations. Preferably the accomodations will be at the hotel where the wedding party is staying.
